Company Level Address Book Management Feature

All addresses are defined at the company level, not at the company user level. Company users and sales reps can use these defined addresses during checkout using the BundleB2B One Page Checkout.

    Merchant-side Management Ability

    Merchants can manage the company level address book for each company in the BundleB2B App

    • Merchants can configure the Address type so that one address is set and used as a shipping address, billing address, or both.
    • There can be only one default billing address and one default shipping address. The default billing and shipping address can be the same address. These defaults will be auto-selected during the checkout process.
    • All address fields are searchable via a “search by keyword” search box.
    • All address fields including the address type are filterable.

    Merchant-side Permission Configuration Ability

    Merchant has the ability to control whether company admins and sales reps have the ability to manage the company address book. This can be enabled or disabled for either or both of these user roles (Admin and Sales Rep). 

    Company Users and Sales Reps Management Ability

    • Company users and sales reps can view and manage (based on the merchant’s configuration) the company level address book
    • There can be only one default billing address and one default shipping address. The default billing and shipping address can be the same address. These defaults will be auto-selected during the checkout process.
    • All address fields are searchable via a “search by keyword” search box.
    • All address fields including the address type are filterable.

    The Address Book is Integrated with BundleB2B One Page Checkout

    • Company users and sales reps have the ability to checkout using predefined company addresses from the company level address book.
    • Only addresses that have been defined as shipping addresses will appear under the drop-down options for shipping. If an address has been defined as a billing address only, this address will not be able to be selected for shipping.
    • Only addresses that have been defined as billing addresses will appear under the drop-down options for billing. If an address has been defined as a shipping address only, this address will not be able to be selected for billing.

    BundleB2B One Page Checkout

    • Supports most of BigCommerce’s optimized checkout features for Guest/B2C customers including the multi ship-to feature
    • Supports company level address book
    • Company-level default shipping and billing addresses are auto-selected during checkout

    BundleB2B Company and Order API for 3rd Party Integration

    API Endpoints are available for Company, Company Address Book, and Order. These APIs can be utilized for ERP, CRM, and other 3rd party platform integrations.

    BundleB2B Payments Methods Auto-Sync

    • Payment Methods in BundleB2B auto-sync to match up with payment settings established in BigCommerce
    • By default, these newly configured payment methods will be disabled initially in BundleB2B
