Sales Representative Quote Feature

    New Functionality

    • Allow sales reps to save a quote as a draft quote before publishing it. The preview page of the quote will contain a quote status named “Draft”. Quotes under “draft status” are only viewable to the sales rep who created them.

    • Allow sales reps to edit an existing quote if the quote hasn’t been converted to an order yet.

    • Ability to export a quote as a PDF file
    • Ability to print out a quote

    Improvements

    • A new text field called “Additional notes” is available in quote details where the sales rep can leave quote related messages

    • Added sales rep information on the quote preview page indicating who prepared the quote

    • Added a company users’ email dropdown list for new quote email notifications. The sales rep can either search from an existing list or enter a new email address to receive the quote’s URL

    • Allow sales reps to choose any addresses from the predefined BundleB2B address book when creating a quote. The address list is also searchable.

    • Added the ability to view the order details after the quote has been converted to an order
      • StoreFront – Company users will be redirected to order detail page

      • APP – Store admin will be redirected to BigCommerce Admin Panel order detail page

     

    Merchant-side Management Improvements

    • Allow the store admin to export company information as a CSV file from the APP

    • Added Company level order history from the APP showing all the orders placed by BundleB2B company users and sales reps.
      • The ability to search by keywords
      • The ability to sort orders by order ID, company name, order total, number of items, and creation time
