This release includes new features and feature enhancements.
Summary of Changes in V2.5
- Added “Buy Again” Feature. Company users can view all company-level previously purchased products on product-level and perform actions such as ”Search”, “Filter”, “Add to Cart”, and “Add to Shopping List” on the “Buy Again” Page.
- Added Company Bulk Creation Feature. Merchant can create new BundleB2B companies by uploading CSV files.
- Added Company-Level Address Book Bulk Creation Feature. Merchant can create company-level addresses in bulk for existing companies by uploading CSV files.
- Added “Auto Approval” setting for new company requests.
- Added “Default Price List” configuration for new company creation.
- Improved the Trade Professional Application form (Company Request Form) Design. Guest users can now sign up for an account and submit the company request using one form instead of going through the previous 2-step process.
- Added an optional new field “PO#/ Reference#” for all store payment methods. Buyers will be able to enter the reference number during the checkout and view/search this number on the company order history listing page.
- Added search functionality for the buyer-side company order history listing page.
“Buy Again” Feature
“Buy Again” feature can show company users previously purchased items on a line item level to encourage a quick re-order action. On “Buy Again” (Previously Purchased) Page, company users can:
- View all company-level previously purchased products with the company-specific base price
- Enter product quantity, then add product(s) to cart
- Enter product quantity, then add product(s) to an existing shopping list or a new shopping list
- Search products by product name and SKU
- Filter products by product purchased date
Merchant Management – Company Bulk Creation
- Merchant can create new BundleB2B companies by uploading CSV files
- Download data import report in the APP dashboard
- Company import will automatically trigger order import that converts all the previous individual BigCommerce orders of existing users to company-level orders

- Merchant can create company-level addresses in bulk for existing companies by uploading CSV files.

“Auto Approval” setting for new company requests
If auto-approve is on, all the company requests submitted through “Trade Professional Application” will be approved automatically.
“Default Price List” configuration for new company creation
Store admin can choose a default price list for newly created companies.
