We evaluated some popular BigCommerce themes and provided BundleB2B installation guides for these BundleB2B approved themes to reduce the initial installation time.

Sales Rep Company Order History Overview

Allow Sales rep to view all orders placed by assigned companies in one place with search and filtering functionality.

To check the company order overview, sales reps need to login to the store website, check the “orders” tab before masquerading as any assigned companies. Filter by company name to see orders placed by one specific managed company.

Merchant-side User Management Feature

Roles and Permissions
The roles and permissions model allows merchants to make sure nobody can perform tasks without assigned permissions.

We offer three predefined roles: Store Owner, System Admin and Sales Manager, the permissions of these roles are not editable. You can create new roles according to your company process.

All users with “Add New Role” permission can create roles

To create a role:

  1. Login to the BundleB2B Application
  2. Select Roles & Permissions from the menu and click the “ADD NEW ROLE” button
  3. Specify a name and permission(s)
  4. Click “ADD” button

User Management:
  • To create a user: All users with “Add New User” permission can create users
    1. Login to the BundleB2B Application
    2. Select Users from the menu and click the “ADD NEW USER” button
    3. Specify an email, user status, and role
    4. Click the “SAVE” button
    5. The email address used for user creation will receive an invitation email ask for initial password setup

Login Landing Page:
  • Only users with BundleB2B accounts can access the merchant-side management application. Users are able to request a password reset on the landing page.

Mobile Interface Improvement

Improved mobile interface for BundleB2B installed cornerstone theme, especially on the responsive design for table displays and Sales Rep related features.

BundleB2B – Acumatica Connector Order Sync Improvement

Added order synchronization support for Orders placed in BigCommerce by Non-BundleB2B users.

At 15-minute intervals, B3-AC Connector will retrieve orders placed by Non-BundleB2B users (Including registered BigCommerce customers or website Guests) then create Acumatica sales orders under a predefined Acumatica customer account “BC-Web-Customer”
