This release includes new features, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.
Summary of Changes in V2.11
- Added a company-level order export feature for the merchant-side application. Merchant can filter company orders by BigCommerce order type, order placed date, and assigned sales representative before exporting the order CSV file.
- Added automatic welcome emails to new BundleB2B company users.
- Added the sales rep quotes auto-approval checkbox setting which allows merchants to configure whether to auto approve all quotes generated by store sales reps.
- Added company bulk update functionality and improved the company bulk import feature to support multi-user company creation and update via CSV file.
- Optimized the front-end BundleB2B page loading speed.
Company Order Export
This order export feature allows merchants to easily export BundleB2B company orders. Orders can be filtered by BigCommerce order type, order placed date, and assigned sales representative.
Merchant can use this feature for:
- Analyzing B2B company order data
- Calculating sales rep commission
Company User Welcome Email
Sending an automatic welcome email to BundleB2B company users.
The following actions via Frontend/ Backend APP/ B3 RESTful API will trigger a welcome email to the end-user
- Create a new company
- Add a new company user to an existing company
Note: We have this feature disabled by default for current BundleB2B Accounts; please contact our support team to enable this feature for your store.
Sales Rep Quote Auto Approval
Merchant can configure whether to auto approve all quotes generated by store sales reps in the application settings.
When the quote auto-approval setting checkbox is checked, sales reps can create quotes without going through the approval process
Company Bulk Import and Update
When the quote auto-approval setting checkbox is checked, sales reps can create quotes without going through the approval process
Bug Fixes
Fixed the following issues:
- B3 APP Owner account will be redirected to a 404 page when using the Password Reset Email inside the welcome email
- Cornerstone bold style user interface off on some B2B pages
