One option is to create new companies for customers who may already have previous preferred agreements/payment plans with you. To create a new Company, find and click on the button that says “Add New Company” in the top right-hand corner.
1. From the drop-down options, select “Add a new company”
2. A fly-out form will appear and you can fill in the corresponding company details including “Company Name,” “Phone Number,” “Company Email Address”, as well as company admin information.
3. Once you have completed all the required fields, click “Add.” The button will turn blue once all needed information has been filled in and you can submit the form.
