Managing Quotes as a Store Admin
A store admin can view all price quotations created by all sales reps from the Admin Panel app.
You can use filters to narrow down the quotes you need to find. These applicable filters include: search a “Reference Number,” “Company,” or “Sales Rep”. Also, filter by quote status, “New,” “Ordered,” “Expired,” and “Sent”.
If you click on a specific quote, it will display a preview page. You can view which sales rep prepared the quote, the products within the quote, and which company the quote is for.
Once the quote has been converted to an order, you will be redirected to the BigCommerce Admin. If the status shows “Ordered”, you can click on “View Order”.
